Use of this site

This website is provided for informational purposes to present our product catalog. You may browse and reference this content for legitimate business purposes. You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful or could damage, disable, or impair it.

Product information & pricing

Product specifications, dimensions, part numbers, and prices are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Prices are in US dollars (USD), are indicative until confirmed on your invoice, and exclude shipping, freight, duties, and applicable taxes. They do not constitute a binding offer.

Quotes, orders & payment

Adding items to your quote list and submitting them sends us a request — it is not a confirmed order and reserves no stock. A binding order is formed only when we confirm your request and issue an invoice, and you accept it by payment. We may decline or limit any request.

After we confirm your request, we email an invoice payable by credit card or ACH. No payment is taken on this website. The minimum order is one case per item unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any applicable sales or use tax unless you provide a valid exemption certificate. Title passes on receipt of payment in full; risk of loss passes per our Shipping Policy.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is quoted per order — see our Shipping Policy. Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Warranty

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This is the sole warranty and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected products, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for confirming a product is suitable for your application.

Content, images, and product descriptions on this site are the property of Innovative Plastics Manufacturing unless otherwise noted. Product names used descriptively remain the property of their respective owners.
