Freight is quoted per order

Because our products ship by the case and weights and destinations vary widely, shipping is not charged on this website. After you submit a quote request, we confirm the freight cost on your invoice along with pricing and availability. Let us know your delivery ZIP / country and any delivery requirements and we'll quote the most economical method.

Lead times

In-stock items typically ship within a few business days of payment; larger or pre-assembled orders may take longer. We confirm the expected ship date on your invoice.

Delivery terms

Unless otherwise agreed, orders ship FOB origin: risk of loss passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report any damage promptly — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International orders

We serve projects worldwide. For international shipments, duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
